YOUTH COMMITTEE

1. By December 2005, our church will have hosted at least one county-wide youth activity.
2. By December 2005, our Youth will have participated in at least one activity associated with each of the five purposes of our Church Mission statement.

OUTREACH COMMITTEE

1. By December 31, 2005, all postal patrons will have received a flyer denoting Middleburg United Methodist Church's mission, committees, and worship times.
2. By December 31, 2005, the appropriate number of cards of "Thanks for coming," "We missed you," "Hope you're feeling better," etc. will have been sent.

SUNDAY SCHOOL COMMITTEE

1. By December 31, 2005, 80% of the members will have memorized six Bible verses.
2. By December 31, 2005, students who have 80% attendance (10 of 13) during a quarter will be rewarded with a skating party/pizza party/etc.
3. By December 31, 2005, at least 20 students will have earned an attendance pin.

VISITATION COMMITTEE

1. By December 31, 2005, we will have made 26 home visits to church members.
2. By December 31, 2005, we will have visited 52 non-church members.

MUSIC/WORSHIP COMMITTEE

1. By December 31, 2005, the choir will have learned six new praise/worship songs.
2. By December 31, 2005, the choir will have provided music for the senior citizens three or more times.

COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE

1. By December 31, 2005, will have raised $1500 for "Relay-For-Life".
2. By December 31, 2005, we will have collected 300 cans of food for the Casey County Food Pantry.
