A few updates and reminders about our time together (please share with delegates in your congregation):

*Two packets have been mailed to delegates. If you have not received these please contact Sue Deibel at sdeibel@kyumc.org

*Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. A list of hotels can be found at www.kyumc.org

*Please send any delegate changes (including if the alternate will attend) to Sue Deibel at sdeibel@kyumc.org

*Remember to bring a check from your congregation for the Mission Offering. This will be shared equally between: East Africa Initiative; United Methodist Seminary in Russia; Kentucky Conference Urban Missions. Bulletin inserts can be found at www.kyumc.org

*Please help spread the word that all clergy women are invited to be part of the processional for the opening worship on Tuesday, June 6th, 8:30am.

*Remember the special Stewardship Lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday. Presenters will include Financial Peace University and Crown Financial Ministries. Cost is $7.00. Reservations can be sent to: Jane Ryan at the address below. See the flier in the second packet.

*Bible Study Leader. Dr. Dennis Kinlaw will not be able to be with us this year. Rev. David Bell (General Board of Discipleship) has agreed to lead us. Many of you will remember him from our Bishop’s Leadership Institute.

*The Laity Session (Monday, 7pm central) will include a time for the participants to give input into a new congregational assessment tool currently in development.

*It will be a wonderful celebration of Christian Conferencing. Please let me know if you have any questions
