Rev. Paul Sayre, one of our retired pastors in our Corbin District, has been in the Somerset Hospital for over one month. Judy and I had a wonderful visit with him on Oct. 10, along with his brother, Philip, and the Boedy Family from Somerset UMC. From his weakness and sickness, Paul still shared the joy of the Lord, and told funny stories about his days as a young preacher. God bless Paul, and his dear wife, Pat, as we pray for Paul to be well.
